Terms and Conditions


To change the forgotten password for logging into ePay.bg, it is required to:

  • Have a bank card, registered in ePay.bg.
  • Have access to an ATM with activated B-Pay service.
  • After you confirm the transaction for 1.00 BGN through the ATM with one of the cards, registered in ePay.bg, your password will be automatically changed.

OR

Enter your Personal ID Number / Unique ID Code and user name from your ePay.bg registration.
Enter a new password.
Instructions will be sent to the e-mail registered in ePay.bg.


To deactivate a lost certificate for logging into ePay.bg, it is required to:

  • Have a bank card, registered in ePay.bg.
  • Have access to an ATM with activated B-Pay service.
  • After you confirm the transaction for 1.00 BGN through the ATM with one of the cards, registered in ePay.bg, the registered certificate will be deactivated and you will be able to issue a new one or use ePay without a certificate.

Enter your Personal ID Number / Unique ID Code, user name and password from your ePay.bg registration.
Instructions will be sent to the e-mail registered in ePay.bg.
